The prime advantages of building leadership talent, besides eliminating the disadvantages of going outside, are twofold.  First, the organization gets to groom their next generation in line with its culture and strategic agenda.  Second, the organization has greater control over the supply of leaders with the requisite skills, making strategic implementation faster.  True leadership development programs are few and far between and extremely underused.

 

Andy will guide you through the development of a successful leadership development program with additional ideas to kick it up a notch.  There are a number of things to include that most program developers don’t think about – or want to take the time with:

Andy Uskavitch, CM is a Certified Manager through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers and has been a leadership development specialist for the past 20+ years.  He is also an award winning customer service program developer.

Andy has written and developed leadership courses and programs for the U.S. Navy Hospital Corps, American Red Cross, and Florida Blood Services.  He has developed customer service programs resulting in, up to, a 50% drop in customer complaints in the initial two months.  As a key portion of customer service, he focuses on leadership techniques.  His out-of-the-box thinking has helped him develop thought provoking and engaging programs that build off of the current trends and successes of the day.

Andy also works with publishers and marketers as a pre-launch book reviewer for new leadership and customer service books.  Some of the titles and authors he has worked with are:
