Success Mindsets:  Developing Wisdom for Brilliant Results

Leaders confront increasing challenges as they cope with change, complexity and ambiguity. CEO surveys identify the need for improved innovation, critical thinking or strategic perspective to leverage opportunities and avoid risks. This session presents a mental model you can use to ensure that your leaders make the right choice at the right time for the right results. Leaders cannot rely on habit or past practice to move into our future. HRD and OD professionals can help them by providing the questions they need to make the smart call.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Understand the importance and types of mindsets
  • Identify six Success Mindsets to detect changing realities
  • Understand how Success Mindsets impact communication and influence
