WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER US
The Instructional Designer and Trainer is responsible for supporting and advancing our Sales organization through sales training program development for new hires and current employees. This includes content creation, training coordination, and content delivery. The Instructional Designer and Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts and functional leaders, Sales leaders, and individual employees to develop meaningful training solutions for the Sales organization’s current and future needs in support of Vology’s goals.
The Instructional Designer and Trainer will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams to identify the Sales organization’s training needs to evaluate existing sales training program and revise and build an effective sales training program, curriculum, and learning objectives. The training program and curriculum should include courses specific to our products and services, sales process, selling methodologies, and interpersonal skills that is suitable for new hires and experience Vology sales professionals. The Instructional Designer and Trainer should incorporate multiple training methods and mediums to support a blended learning model in the classroom, virtual, and self-paced including training modules, manuals, activities, role play scenarios, facilitator guides, and technology-based solutions. The Instructional Trainer and Designer is responsible for measuring the overall success of the sales training program, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on the organization’s need and feedback.
The Instructional Designer and Trainer will utilize partnerships with internal subject matter experts, manufacturers, and distribution to effectively create and facilitate content. The Instructional Designer and Trainer is responsible for identify opportunities to validate learning comprehension and proficiency. The Instructional Designer and Trainer will mentor trainers on effective delivery. Additionally, the Instructional Designer and Trainer will also be available for one-on-one ongoing coaching and assistance for Sales employees.
