    Enter Job Description Here: Under limited supervision role will lead key Talent Management initiatives to ensure that effective 360 assessments, surveys, and career development tools and processes are delivered. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that are innovative, efficient, and add value across the enterprise.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and coach the Organizational Effectiveness staff
    • Support a culture of continuous development by driving enhancements in organizational and talent development resources, solutions, and processes, such as:
      • Ongoing measurement of employee engagement
      • 360 developmental feedback assessments
      • Firm wide behavior (competency) model
      • Organizational surveys
    • Design and implement strategies to build, buy, or update the above tools and processes
    • Design and deliver communication and education resources associated with organization effectiveness processes
    • Partner with key leaders and HR Business Partners to conduct needs analysis and ensure successful utilization of OE solutions
    • Partner with Organization and Talent Development professionals to design custom solutions for lines of business
    • Lead all aspects of the firm wide employee engagement survey and support reporting and action planning efforts across departments
    • Manage the full life-cycle for organizational surveys
    • Conduct organizational research to identify talent management gaps
    • Support the continued activation and sustainment of the firm wide behavior (competency) model
    • Lead the 360 feedback process for key roles and programs
    • Develop and implement a strategy for effective use of Top Workplaces surveys for branding, recruitment, and culture initiatives
    • Lead large scale change across the organization and lead others in using effective change management processes and tools
    • Conduct data analysis using advanced statistical software (Excel, SPSS)
    • Review empirical research and industry best practices to stay current in the field
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Knowledge of:

    • Working structure, policies, mission and strategies of the organization

    • Research design, analyses, and principles, sufficient to conduct and interpret organizational research

    • Practices for job analysis and development and implementation of competency models

    • Current practices for the design and development of 360 feedback assessments

    • Principles, practices, and procedures of personality, cognitive ability, and skills assessment

    Skill in:

    • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases

    • Critical thinking and decision-making, involving the interpretation of regulatory rules and compliance policies

    • Managing risk to ensure the regulatory liability is limited, without impairing workflow

    Ability to:

    • Independently manage and complete multiple projects and tasks; work independently with minimal direct supervision

    • Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels

    • Establish and communicate clear directions and priorities

    • Provide a high level of customer service

    Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

    • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
