    Job Description

    The Michael Saunders & Company Training Director is responsible for the delivery of technology and sales training to MS&C General Brokerage Agents and technology training for the Staff. The position requires the ability to collaborate, develop, deliver, and administrate a training curriculum based on direction from the Chief Business Development Officer.

    The following includes, but not limited to, the essential duties and responsibilities for this job description.

    • Conduct individual, classroom, workshop, and webinar training sessions covering real estate sales and technology areas such as usage of computers and software utilized in real estate, social media, and web applications.

    • Assist in identifying, then coordinate, promote, manage and measure the effectiveness of training events and programs, including training conducted by third parties.

    • Implement technology-training strategies developed by the Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Technology Officer.  

    • Maintain the training schedule(s) ensuring the communication and effective promotion of educational events to the Michael Saunders & Company community.

    • Create teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, online video training aids, and computer tutorials to support training curriculum.

    Qualifications
    • Three (3) years of performing individual, classroom, and distant learning training.

    • Two (2) years as a real estate Sales Associate and currently holds an ‘active or inactive’ Florida real estate license.

    • Extensive computer skills and knowledge with the ability to be a fast learner.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016, image manipulation software, and mobile technologies (smartphones and tablets).

    • Experience in the Real Estate industry.

    • Strong communication and writing skills.

    • Excellent problem solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and able to display time management skills.

    • Ability to articulate how to utilize the Internet as a research tool and support web based tools.

    • Exhibit a desire and passion for learning technology

    • Provide outstanding customer service.
